Brooklyn based duo Cary Vaughan and Jenna Wilson’s line Ace & Jig was born out of a shared love of textiles and great design. The beautiful, ethically designed textiles are custom-made by hand on an ancient loom in India and then turned in to luxuriously, seasonless designs.
The clothes manage to be both timeless and classic yet feel wildly fashionable at the same time. Perhaps that’s because the designer’s inspiration has always been found cloth, heritage textiles, and antique textures. This season we are totally obsessed by the “hall pants” (pictured below in red or grey). The perfect pant for fall/winter in New York, the buttery soft fabric make them super comfortable while the stylish checks give a nod to classic men’s tailoring.
The entire line is peppered with classic pieces, pencil skirts, a bomber jacket, shirts and dresses, all made of their exquisite fabrics and each one, made of the softest material you’ve ever worn.Available at: Warm NYC. 181 Mott Street.
